自莎士比亞經典劇作《暴風雨》 (The Tempest) 延伸，《The Night Before Tempest》以背叛、仇恨、信任、矛盾與原諒為主題，描繪在暴風雨來臨前心中的糾結與猶豫，探討人性中善惡的掙扎。編舞麥卓鴻與導演周偉泉合力透過編作劇場（Devising Theatre）及舞蹈劇場（Dance Theatre）的形式，解構經典文本，重建現代人與莎劇的情感連繫。
